We deliver skills that  enchance and promote self esteem, empowerment and confidence to assist in better living conditions.

We have two programs. Our evening program is designed to work with youth twelve or older, while training them to live a healthier life. Learning healthy ways of eating will aid in preventing obesity. We train children, youth and adults to eat, cook healthy meals, meal plan and a complete exercise fitness class design to enhance future independence. Excess weight causes major health problems, but proper eating and cooking will regulate the body in functioning properly.
